The new member of the "LITE" family is the fast 7Artisans AF 40mm f/2.5 LITE for full-frame cameras. It is an ideal lens for street, travel and everyday photography. It is also very suitable for portraits where the focus is on a natural representation. Its compact, lightweight design and outstanding imaging performance are equally impressive. This lens combines high optical quality, lightning-fast focusing and compact dimensions. The quiet STM motor also makes it perfect for video recordings.

A focal length of 40mm is positioned between a classic wide-angle and normal lens and therefore offers a natural angle of view with a slightly wider perspective. The speed of f/2.5 enables convincing results even in low light. The lens also delivers a soft bokeh with a slight bubble effect, which offers many creative possibilities.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and extremely low weight of just 90g, this lens is ideal for mobile use and fans of minimalist equipment. The precise autofocus works very quietly and supports eye and face detection.

The close focusing distance of just 40cm enables interesting perspectives at close range, such as details or still lifes. A practical 46 mm filter thread allows you to work with screw-in filters.

A USB-C connection on the bayonet is available for firmware updates. A USB-C cable with data transfer function is included for this purpose. Windows 10 or higher is recommended for updating.
