Global shutter
If your Sony camera has a global shutter, the TT350II Sony syncs with it, both on the camera and wirelessly from a transmitter. The universal version of the TT350II does not have this function. Other available functions vary by camera model.
Flash functions
Besides TTL and manual flash (M), the TT350II has a stroboscopic mode with up to 90 flashes at 90 Hz. You can sync on the first or second curtain, or use HSS when you fill in at a fast shutter speed in bright sunlight. Power runs from 1/256 up to full output, and the colour display shows every setting at a glance.
Flash head
Because the head tilts and swivels so far, it is easy to bounce light off a ceiling or wall for softer portraits. The head holds a pull-out bounce card for catchlights in the eyes and a wide-angle diffusion panel that spreads the light further. With the adapter ring, sold separately, you can fit the magnetic AK-R1 Mini light shapers.
Modeling light
The LED modeling light has a colour temperature of 5300 K and ten brightness levels. In a dark room it helps the camera focus, and you can see in advance how the light falls on your subject. That means fewer test shots.
Wireless
With the built-in Godox 2.4G X System, the TT350II works as both a transmitter and a receiver. You can trigger other Godox flashes with it, or control it from a transmitter up to 100 metres away. As a slave it also responds optically to another flash, using the S1 and S2 modes.
