The Yongnuo YN808 is a powerful ring flash equipped with 800 LEDs. It offers infinitely adjustable power and light color temperature between 3200 K and 5500 K. It can be powered by NP-F batteries or an AC adapter. The kit comes with a remote control. The YN808 is an excellent tool to enhance the workshop of any creative filmmaker or photographer.

Warm, Cold and Bright Light
The flash is equipped with two types of LEDs with a color temperature of 3200 K and 5500 K. It allows you to build and illuminate scenes with a diverse and unique mood. The LEDs have been distributed over a large area and generate a bright light output of 6200 lm.

Superior quality and color
The YN808 has no flickering effect, known from cheaper LED lamps. High color rendering index (CRI) makes the Yongnuo lamp perfect in the hands of professionals in both filming and photography.

Glow in the eyes
Soft and diffused light will be provided by the milky diffuser and the large size of the lamp (circle with a diameter of 53 cm). The characteristic shape of the ring will create a beautiful reflection in the eyes of the portrayed person. This style of lighting is perfect for beauty photography and makeup tutorials.

Command center
Controlling the Yongnuo YN808 flash is extremely simple and intuitive. It has been equipped with two easy to read displays, one of which is traditionally located on the back of the device and the other on the front, making it easy to view and change parameters. The strength and color of the emitted light can be continuously adjusted in steps of 1 or 10 degrees. An additional feature is the ability to turn off some of the LEDs so that they illuminate only selected parts of the frame, e.g. top – bottom, left – right. Entered settings can be stored in the memory of the device to instantly change the lighting setup.

Wireless Control
The YN808 offers a wireless control option. With the included remote control, you can remotely control lighting parameters without having to go near the lamp. The range of the remote control is about 15 meters. It is possible to connect multiple YN808 series lamps and assign them to one of 8 independent groups. All these options allow you to make even more of the creative possibilities that the YN808 ring flash from Yongnuo gives us.

Lamp mounting and additional mounts
The flash can be mounted on tripods equipped with a standard 16mm diameter shaft. Additional three cold shoe mounts and 1/4″ thread allow you to attach additional accessories such as a head, smartphone holder, microphone and a mounting arm.

Two power sources
The Yongnuo YN808 can be powered in two ways. Depending on whether you’re working in the studio or outdoors, you can choose between a stationary mains power supply (DC 19 V / 5 A) or two mobile NP-F series batteries. We can check the charge level of the batteries on the lamp’s display.

Charger
The lamp is equipped with two USB outputs allowing to charge mobile devices such as phone or tablet. Thanks to this feature, we do not have to worry about our smartphone discharging while shooting a long video on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok.

Cover
The set comes with a well-made, express-fastened, comfortable to use, providing additional safety during transport, cover.
